Who We Are
Caregivers You Can Trust
Our staff of certified caregivers will provide loving assistance with all Activities of daily living. We provide wonderful, home cooked meals, snacks, laundry, housekeeping and fun activities. We not only strive to help you with everyday tasks but want to develop a caring relationship with you. Our staff of Certified Caregivers have completed a state-approved caregiver course and passed a standardized exam as required by the Arizona NCIA Board.
Experienced and Supportive
We understand that not one care plan fits all. Daily services will include well-balanced meals, hygiene, cleaning, and supervision. A registered nurse will develop an individualized care plan that fits your specific needs and according to your physician's orders.
Loving and Caring
Agape is a Greek word meaning unconditional love. We want to get to know you and we will show you Agape love! We look forward to learning your history and the activities that you like. We offer a weekly church service, visits by volunteers who like to pamper you, games, and other fun surprises.
Services
Medication Management and Assistance
We will store all medication in a locked cabinet and will offer medication assistance to each Resident. This will include handling refill and new medication orders. We will review any medication changes with each Resident's physician and be in contact with family members to notify of any changes.
Physical Disability Support
Arthritis, physical disabilities, and age-related conditions are some of the few circumstances that prevent patients from caring for themselves. Our caregivers can assist you with daily tasks such as mobility, eating, exercising, and grooming.
Care for Dementia Patients
Our experienced and highly trained caregivers provide the highest quality of care to both patients and their families. Our goal is to help individuals and their loved ones live happy and fulfilling lives.
